Update #1: BlogHer Business Keynote Speakers and BlogHerships Announced

Last week we mentioned that the revamped BlogHer Conferences Website had launched. Since then, Elisa has made some exciting additions to the agenda, including announcing our Day Two Morning Keynote session, "Talkin' 'Bout My Generation," featuring:

*Maria T. Bailey, author, speaker and Founder/CEO of BSM Media

*Mary Furlong, founder of SeniorNet, ThirdAge Media and now consulting firm Mary Furlong & Associates

*Robin Wolaner, long-time media executive, Founder of Parenting Magazine and now Founder and CEO of TeeBeeDee

In addition, for those of you who know why you want to attend BlogHer Business but are a little more concerned with how to get there, Elisa also posted about applying for BlogHerships. Click here to learn more.

Update #2: BlogHer's Event Partners - Check 'Em Out

*Women Who Tech. This telesummit "aims to create a supportive network for the vibrant and thriving community of women in technology professions by giving them an open platform to share their talents, experiences and insights." Connect virtually on 3/31.

Update #3: BlogHer '08 - "Spooning" Optional, PayPal Accepted

Is it wrong that one of the reasons I'm so psyched for BlogHer '08 is that the hotel is so awesome? Hmm.

Regardless, I wanted to be sure to let you know that we have adjusted the online reservation page to ensure that you can select what kind of bed situation you'd like. The interface now allows you to select single, double, etc. Since we know that many of you room share (and here's the forum for helping you find roomies, in case you're interested), having more than one bed in the room is definitely preferred. Not that spooning with your best BlogHer buddies isn't...uh...sweet.

Note: according to the Westin St. Francis, room preferences aren't guaranteed, but they are likely to be honored. Now, we haven't managed to get them to change what it says on the online form (yet!), but in-room wi-fi is definitely free.

I also thought it was worth mentioning that, in addition to totally revamping our event registration process, we are now accepting PayPal as a valid form of payment. We hope this allows more of you the opportunity to register.

You can always keep track of where BlogHer is presenting content in our Press Center. And, you can still keep up with the latest conference news via the BlogHer Conferences Updates.

Best,
Kristy
