Planning for BlogHer '08 is in full-swing, and we have got a LOT to share with you. Great content, great people, great parties. And blog bling, and special offers, and green-ness...oh my. Find out what's cookin' below (and keep in mind, we're just getting started!).
BlogHer '08 Agenda Is Up
As Elisa points out here, bit by bit and piece by piece, the BlogHer '08 Agenda is falling into place (make sure you scroll down to read session descriptions). We're still working on final details, but have included something for everyone -- from the not-yet-blogging to the seasoned blog professionals, and all of us in between.

Okay. We know. The agenda is a LOT to take in. That's why we are also working hard to make sure you have ample opportunity to blow off some steam.Thursday night, as we've previously announced, we will be hosting our first-ever "Newbie Mixer." As our events get bigger and bigger, they also grow a little more intimidating for the uninitiated. No matter how extroverted you might be (and did you see the session we have just for introverts?), it's hard to walk into a room full of people who seem to already know each other. So we will be inviting all the first-timers to a mixer on Thursday, July 17 from 8 to 10 p.m. at the Westin St. Francis.
Friday night's cocktail party is then open to ALL of BlogHer's Day One attendees, and we are thrilled to announce the venue: Ruby Skye. Ruby Skye is one of the most popular nightclubs in all of San Francisco, in part because of its enviable downtown location. The good news for BlogHers: it's located less than one block from the hotel -- the buildings are actually back-to-back -- and the space is all ours till 9 p.m. This means no shuttles and no strangers. As more and more information becomes available about the conference, we will be doing our best to keep you updated. This newsletter is one way, for sure, but it's certainly not the only way. Did you know? You can also...* Keep tabs on Conference Updates at the BlogHer Conference website.

* Get all the pre-event info. you need in one place with the Attendee Green Guide: this year, we'll be compiling a (downloadable) guide, detailing everything you need to know about getting around BlogHer '08, and how we can all chip in to ensure our event is enviro-friendly. Our guide will be available about a month before the conference, downloadable from our site (the link will be emailed to all attendees as well).
