$100 Question Life With The Boys
Let's meet today's host: Amie from Life With The Boys

Amie is a scrapbooking, piano-playing, SAHM who is back in school to pursue a nursing degree. She combines her love of fad-diets and latest exercise trends with an incurable love of bean burritos at midnight and Blue Bunny ice cream. She writes about her wonderfully busy Lego-filled life on her blog Life with the Boys.

Ready to play? Here is The $100 Question for Wednesday, May 19:

Music. It soothes and comforts us. It gets us moving and shaking. Its words and melodies associate with memories in our heads and makes us remember when. It defines us.

Music has always been a big part of my life--from the time I was nine, I've played piano by ear, recreating music I'd heard on the radio or on TV. Once I got to college, I even got to the point when I was creating my own masterpieces (?), and the tone set by those remind me of people, thoughts, feelings, and events.

Always for me, it is about the music. It is about the clever rise and fall, trills, key changes, and well-written timing. But I do love songs with stories, which is why I eventually drifted over into the country music genre. I love a good beginning, middle, and ending full of plot and clever hook. The more meaningful, the better.

So here's the $100 question for today:

What one song defines your life right now?

I know, it's a tough one, right? Tongue-in-cheek, I always say that "Low" by Flo-Rida is my song. (you know, "Them baggy sweat pants and the reeboks with the straps...she turned around and gave that big booty a slap...she hit the flo', next thing you know, shawty got low low low low low low low low...")

What's yours?

How to play: Tell Amie your answer to her question in the comments below by 5 p.m. Friday, May 21 to be eligible to win. We'll enter all the comments into a randomizer and choose one lucky commenter to win. Comment as many times as you want. Click here to read the official rules. Good luck!

Ooh - an easy one! Trisha Yearwood's I Wanna Go Too Far.

(I'm the one they all depend on
Sensible, predictable, and strong
But every now and then,
I feel like I've played that role too long
I need to rock the boat, I need to speak my mind
Just this once let it all unwind

I wanna go too far, I wanna go too fast
Somebody draw the line so I can blow right past
I wanna spend too much, I wanna stay too late
I'm gonna roar too loud, I'm gonna be that way
I wanna play too hard, I wanna go too far )
