3. Chinese jump rope. It's amazing how a stretchy piece of string could bring hours of hand & feet fun.

5. Everything Lisa Frank! When I started law school three years ago, I found some of my old stuff. Consulting my friend, I decided that I would show up with a Lisa Frank trapper keeper to gauge who had a sense of humor in my class.

or totally interpret it wrong.. i got all excited thinking this was about what kind of crafts and shit we did as kids that i loved.. and so i was all prepared to come in here and tell you that i loved it when every thanksgiving at school we would have to draw a turkey by tracing our hand and then going from there. and that was alwayhs the best for me because lord knows i can't draw at all, so if i can trace a freaking body part that already exists and is super easy to trace, i'm all for it! oh how i miss the hand turkeys.

but um... that wasn't what this post was about at all, so um.. carry on

I would also put paper dolls which entertained me forever - I would cut furniture from Sears catalogs and arrange rooms all over my floor and then cut out Archie, Betty and Veronica for my people.

My scrapbooks - which may not really be a tool, but I worked on them a lot and there ARE a lot!

My diaries - see above!
