My fave would just be hot fudge and vanilla ice cream but I have to say I absolutely LOVE those sweetened pie cherries in the can, those are amazing!!! OH, and nuts of course :D

extra hot fudge at any cost. And I don't have to spend a lot of money when I make them at home: I love Hershey's Hot Fudge sauce as well as anybody's.

That would be hot fudge along with the delicious French vanilla ice cream, & of course you've got to have chopped nuts.

My other favorite sundae includes fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with a lemon sauce over vanilla icecream with a slice of pound cake!

It includes hot fudge, caramel, almonds, bananas, vanilla ice cream, and a brownie! Yum!

Although I usually do prefer hot fudge, pecans and whipped cream, there are times when I crave fresh strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream (no nuts).

Forgot to say that I need REAL whipped cream in addition to the hot fudge and pecans!

It's all about the sauce. If it's too goopy or too runny, then that ruins the whole sundae for me...it's got to be just right

The best sundae I've ever had was with strawberries that I had picked from our patch. Yum.

I like lots of different variations but I've always loved them with hot fudge and nuts.

It would have to have a hot brownie, vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, peanuts and whipped cream. Yummy!

My favorite is chocolate peanut butter ice cream, hot fudge, and whipped cream. I love it!

I love it with old fashioned vanilla ice cream, but I also love a good coffee ice cream or a mint ice cream. And there has to be whipped cream.

For me, the perfect sundae has to have three elements - salty (chopped salted nuts or chopped up Reese's), sweet (hot fudge AND hot caramel, if available), and extra creamy ice cream! Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy!!

I like mine simple: vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, and jimmies.

One scoop each of pistachio and chocolate ice cream
Chopped walnuts
Hot drippy chocolate fudge sauce
Whipped cream (real stuff)
And to be traditional a Maraschino cherry on top.
