The $100 Question: What Is Your Biggest Fear?

Because my wife has enough anxiety for the both of us, but I sometimes have a fear of something happening to the kids.

But that rarely happens, as I don't want my kids to grow up inheriting neurosis or fears.

It's being consumed by my addictions again.

My biggest fear is disappointing my parents. I never want to let them down.

I have a fear of losing all my money.

I'm terrified of spiders.

My biggest fear is getting fat again.

My biggest fear is not seeing my son grow up. I don't want to die while he's still young.

My biggest fear is that I wont be able to accomplish all the goals that I once had.

My biggest fear is dying before I know that my disabled son will be able to take of himself. He would still have his dad and sibling but no one takes care of him like me. He's my baby!

I am afraid of something bad happening to my children. Just this week, in my area, there were two attempted kidnappings. I am always one who fears for, not only the safety of my kids, but also the safety on all kids.

I can only do my best while I'm living but I'm fearful of leaving my family. Logically I know they will be okay without me but the thought still scares me.

My biggest fear is of dying and leaving my children to fend for themselves because I want to be there to help them have a great life...Or of something happening to one of them, I guess I have control issues :/

I am afraid that something will happen to my boyfriend when he is at work.

I have so many it's nuts! My 2 biggest stupid fears are toads and bears. The bears one is only stupid because I live in Indiana where there are no bears.
My biggest serious one is that something will happen to my husband while he's underway in his submarine.

My greatest fear is something happening to my husband or children.

I really don't want to voice my biggest fear. I've seen it posted here a few times. I will go with my second and it's snakes and spiders. Yuck! lol

I am typically not a fearful person, but my biggest fear is being injured or killed in a fire.

Being a burden to my children in my later years. Watching my mother take care of her dying mom, while my father's diabetes claims him piece by piece makes me worry for my kids. I don't worry about aging, or getting sick, but I worry about the stress & mess I could leave behind.

My wife has migraines, I'm sending her in your direction.

I can't think of anything I'm more afraid of than losing one or both of my kids - whether they went missing, contracted a terminal illness or died suddenly because of an accident or some unseen health condition. They are the center of my universe, and I don't know how I could continue with one or both of them gone.

I know it's silly, but wearing wet clothes creeps me out!

I am a good swimmer, so this is a totally irrational fear. When I was 16 in Driver Ed, they taught us how to get out of a car if you went off a bridge into the water. Ever since then, I've been afraid of bridges (but only the ones that go over water), ships (I have to stay on the deck), and flying over water. I am totally terrified of KNOWING I'm going to drown.

I worry about running out of money.

You know, circus folk. No, seriously it would be letting my family down.

I am frightened of developing a chronic or terminal illness :/

Being broke and living under a bridge...my mother did it for awhile and we lived in a car when i was a kid.
