The $100 Question: What Is Your Favorite Piece of Jewelry?

Definitely my wedding ring! But other than that, I have a pair of teeny tiny (but real) diamond earrings that I love. And a chunky necklace (costume jewelry type) that is so fun.

My favorite piece was given to me by my mother when I was a teen. It was a very old opal ring surrounded by rubys. I took it off to wash my hands at a GC Murphy's store and left it there on the sink. Called them as soon as I got home and it was gone. I was sick about it and I still am to this day. I'd know that ring to see it. Hoping destiny will bring it back to me some day.

Of course I love my wedding ring but I love and adore the beautiful mystic topaz necklace and bracelet set that my husband surprised me with for my 30th birthday (he took me to Jamaica to give it to me!)

and it brought tears to my eyes!

that I got when I was working in Asia. I also like turquoise and I have a few rings I picked up on indian reservation stores.

My favorite piece is my engagement ring. Hubby picked it out all by himself and it's not a diamond, which I love. I love anything different and unusual and my favorite color is blue, so a blue topaz is what he got me, unbelievable to think he'd remember exactly what my taste is and what I would love even before we were hitched!

My favorite piece of jewelry is my gold wedding band. It was placed on my finger by my husband over 33 years ago!

Definitely my wedding ring. We probably spent a bit more than we should have on our rings, but they are really, really nice--gold and platinum in a style that is both classic and unusual.

My favorite piece of jewelry is my necklace that i wear every day. It is an open heart diamond necklace. My oldest son Caleb picked it out with my husband when i was in labor with my youngest son and they gave it to me at the hospital.

A necklace a friend bought for me years ago when we were kids at the five and ten store. My friend pass away years ago so that is why it is important to me.

My mother's necklace with my family's birthstones. My hubby gave it to me right after our daughter was born. I wasn't too keen on a ring, and found the perfect necklace online. I wear it at least three times a week! Thanks for the opportunity to win!

Now don't throw any tomatoes at me, but I really don't have any 'favorite' pieces..I prefer not to wear any because when the kids accidentally pull them off of me..I don't get mad.

I have a necklace with 2 heart charms that is very special to me. Each charm has a picture of one of my daughter's engraved on it.

I love the silver bracelet my dad gave me for my birthday many years ago. It's so pretty and reminds me of him when I wear it.

I have a lovely Brooch thats about 25 yrs old- a bigger type starburst pattern and I like it cause of the looks and patern

I have a really cool brooch that's been handed down in my family for at least four generations, which is absolutely my favorite! I used to wear it a lot more, but I think I appreciate its sentimental value more now and keep it put away for future generations.

My husband found it at an estate sale and it is over 100 years old, I have always wondered about its history and the relationship it was apart of before mine.

i LOVE my tarina tarantino white rabbit necklace. i get compliments on it every time i wear it. its artwork from the original book and has pink crystals around the cameo style necklace.

My favorite are these two ruby rings that were each my Grandmother's on either side of the family, the ruby is my birthstone.

My husband gave me a fortune cookie necklace one year for my birthday--I love it it's so cute --I had it for a week before I realized it opened--and it had a message inside--it was my husbands proposal--he kept asking me if I had really looked at my necklace--he even had his sister try and pretend to find it--but she couldn't figure out how to open it.

Mine is the reing my parents gave me for my 16th birthday. It wasn't expensive, but it is important to me. (Don't tell my husband that my wedding ring isn't my fav!)

When I started a more professional and public job, I paid more attention to accessorizing. One of my favorite pieces is one that I made myself. My absolute favorite piece of jewelry is a ring my sister made for me for my college graduation. It was her first real piece she did in metalsmithing so it is a little rough but it means the world to me!

Aside from my wedding ring, my favorite piece of jewelry is a small gold cross that my husband gave me many moons ago.

I have a vintage beaded wrap bracelet with gorgeous green leaves and beads. It is a great Spring accessory. I picked it up at an older ladies yard sale years ago.

is a ruby pinky ring. My Grandfather, who passed away before I was born, gave it to my Mother for her 20th birthday. She passed it on to me on my 20th. I suppose I shall get to keep it for another 5 years.

I can't pick just one as I have two favorite pieces of jewelry, both from my wonderful husband. We have my Engagement, Wedding and Anniversary bands soldered together years ago and they make one very beautiful ring and my husband bought me a Journey pendant when he deployed the last time, telling me that our journey had just begun. I love them both very much! Thank you!

I did love an antique watch given to my by a great aunt, but sadly it was stolen along with other things when my house was burglarized.
