Nicole's favorite chocolate recipe is for molten center chocolate cake
"My favorite chocolate dessert is a classic Molten Chocolate Cake, which is decadent and easier to make than you might think. But even easier is a Chocolate Pudding Cake, which gives you a fudgy sauce and a light chocolate cake with almost no effort. This recipe is also vegan/nondairy but you would never know from the flavor. I'll make the Molten Center Chocolate Cakes when I can and definitely for occasions like Valentine's Day, but I'll do the Chocolate Pudding Cake any night of the week!"
