"Greetings! My name is Sydney. I’m 22 years old and I live in New York City with my husband, Kramer. It's the perfect city in which to be an aspiring cook! We were married in January 2010, after which we immediately moved to the city from Phoenix, Arizona. It’s been quite the adventure and we’ve enjoyed every minute of it. I love being in a city that really is all about food. I started The Crepes of Wrath in 2008, after having learned to cook on my own throughout college. I love spending time in the kitchen, experimenting with new ingredients, and learning about other people and cultures through food."
Sydney's favorite chocolate recipe is for brownies with pretzel-toffee topping.
"I think that these brownies are a great way to learn about me, personally. They are rich, chocolate brownies from Baked in Brooklyn, New York. I added some sweet n' salty ingredients to spice them up a bit: pretzel bits and crushed toffee. Each bite is full of wonderful tastes and textures, and everyone who has tried them has not been able to stop talking about them.. "
