Oh no! I suddenly felt old with the "Reaching the next age bracket for surveys/polls" - but I felt young watching glee!

I am only twenty. I couldn't help but chuckle at #3. Justin Bieber. The first fifteen I am very familiar with...my mom is fifty. Loved your post!

I don't mean to hijack your post but I just turned 40 and this is so perfect for me! (I somehow manage to make everything about me). I loved this!!! This is what I did, maybe you will like this one too :)

I am fast approaching my 50 birthday and so have just moved up an age bracket on questionnaires -ugh!!

My statement would be "Ï cant beleieve you have a 28 year old" LOL!

I keep thinking I'm "supposed" to act or feel "my age" and it just doesn't seem to happen, mainly becuas eI hvae no idea how some one my age is supposd to act anymore! My mother definitely did not act like I do at my age (and she is a youthful 65 now). I figured out I'm probably about 3 years past daisy duke shorts and ten years past eating anything I want without repurcussions...but after that??? My kids get VERY unhappy if I say anything about Mama is too old for that, whatever "that" is...blue highlights, bikini, ogling that kid from the vampire movies :)

Ohhh, the age bracket. It's evil. I don't have children of my own but i would have to agree with your list whole heartedly :D

Btw, are they *really* teaching children about the 80s in history class?? I think i just aged an extra 5 years when i read that.

my friend always tell me that we should always grow old gracefully and be young at heart always. Growing old is good, but feeling old... not always.

Old:
Being called Sweetie by the waitress.
Having grandchildren taller than me.
Sisters with wrinkles.

Young:
Coasting down a hill, standing on the pedals of my bicycle.
Blowing bubbles with the grandchildren.
Strangers wondering which of my sisters is the oldest (there are six of us, I'm second in line.)
