Shelby Kandle is a beautiful 16-year-old young woman. She has the same dreams a lot of teenage girls have of wanting to be fashion model or maybe becoming a teacher. She enjoys sports, photography, and playing the guitar. What makes Shelby special is that she also has a desire to help raise money to aid medical research.
