Thanks for the reminder to do the "to do lists' Break down each task into smaller tasks. That's what I am going to do today.

I love my to-do lists. I have lots of them. Like Valentina said, I might be too busy making lists in order to actually get the stuff done. I'm doing better so far today because I've made my 'Today' list manageable and open to interruption. I think I need to learn to relax once something is written down and stop thinking about it until it is actually time to do it.

Sometimes we are too busy preparing a To-Do list putting in it everything we want to do. Make an evaluation of what really needs to be conducted and prioritize them. Start the next task, only as soon as you have finished the previous one.
