4th of July Cupcakes

OK, so these fourth of July cupcakes are not exactly healthy, which is why I filed this recipe under my "not so healthy" folder. But with white whole wheat flour, half the sugar most cupcake recipes call for, and frosting made with Greek yogurt instead of with butter or cream cheese, this is a healthier version than most. I did use food coloring for the frosting, limiting the amount I used (even though the red frosting was more of a dark pink than red this way). If you prefer, you can use natural food colors.
