5 Internet Marketing Lessons You Can Learn from a Dung Beetle

Behold the lowly Dung Beetle — an insect who ekes out a humble existence by eating the poo of other animals. Woe to this poor creature that spends his days in scalding environs while foraging about for feces.
But not so fast. Is the poor Dung Beetle really so different from my fellow internet marketers and me? Could we share far more than meets the eye?
At first I was feeling quite morally superior to Mr. D.B. on my television screen. He spends his days in a scalding environ, whereas I enjoy a balmy clime; he roams the desert in search of poo and shade, while I live in a static environment that provides security and warmth; I even get to eat yummy, scrumptious REAL food — not DUNG.
But upon further reflection, I started to notice some disconcerting similarities between my colleague the Dung Beetle and myself; I now hold him in very high regard, and here’s why you should, too:
