7 New Food Trends of 2013
By Wine Oh TV on January 24, 2013
The 38th Winter Fancy Food Show closed in San Francisco yesterday after three days of showing off its gourmet goodies and setting the new food trends of 2013. The show is the largest marketplace for specialty foods and beverages on the West Coast, with 80,000 products from 35 countries on display including cheeses, snacks, olive oils, vinegars, chocolate, and natural and organic products from the U.S. and 35 countries and regions.
I personally tried all of these new food trends recommended by an esteemed panel of trendspotters who had the "tough" task of taste testing and discovering what the new food trends will be this year. So whether you fancy food that is savory or sweet you will want to sink your teeth into these seven new food trends of 2013.
