8 Delish Cocktails for Easter Brunch and Beyond

Whether you'r hosting an Easter Brunch of planning a brunch later on this season, try one of these easy to make and low calorie cocktails.
If you’re having people over for Easter brunch, or a planning a lazy, laughter filled brunch with friends or family anytime soon, you might want to whip up one of these easy to make cocktails to serve as a compliment to your food. Who could resist trying The Bubbly Bunny, Aperol Spritz or the Sunday Sipper(not only is the Sunday Sipper a low calorie cocktail, I’ve a few more!).
These cocktails don’t take long to make, yet will impress your guests. As the host of the party, you might want to make them about a half hour (unless you need to use ice) before company arrives. They walk in, and you hand them a cool, refreshing cocktail. What a festive way to kick off your party.
Only you will know that they took you just a minute or two to whip up!
The Bubbly Bunny
1 Part UV Lemonade
3 Parts Champagne
Shake with ice and strain into a flute.
Brunch Time Bloody Mary
2 parts Skinnygirl™ Meyer Lemon Vodka
2 parts low-sodium tomato juice
Splash of fresh lemon juice
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Dash of Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
Dash of hot sauce
Sprinkle of celery salt
Cucumber for garnish
Shake ingredients well in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a glass. Garnish with cucumber wheel.
3 Parts Cinzano Prosecco
2 Parts Aperol
1 Dash Soda
Ice and a slice of Orange
Add ice and a slice of orange, pour in the Prosecco, the Aperol and add a dash of soda. This avoids the Aperol settling at the bottom.
Marvelous Morning Mojito
1 part Skinnygirl™ Prosecco
1 part Light Rum
1 tsp. agave nectar
3 parts lime juice
Splash of lime flavored sparkling water
3 sprigs of mint
Shake rum, lemon juice and agave nectar in cocktail shaker with ice. Top with Skinnygirl™ prosecco and pour into tall Collins glass. Muddle in mint leaves and enjoy!
Garden in a Glass
2 parts Prairie Cucumber Flavored Vodka
2 1-inch cubes of seedless watermelon
1 diced lime (bitter ends removed)
1 part organic agave nectar
1 cucumber slice
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, then serve in a lowball glass over ice with a lightly salted rim. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
Lovely Lemonade Spritzer
2 parts Skinnygirl™ California White wine
2 parts frozen lemonade
1 part soda water
Blend ingredients with crushed ice and pour into a flute glass. Finish with soda water.
The Lovely Lilac
1 Part UV Grape
1 Part Lemonade
1 Splash Triple Sec
1 Splash Club Soda
Serve over ice.
1 ½ parts Skinnygirl Tangerine Vodka
6 parts orange juice
Orange slice for garnish
Add Skinnygirl Tangerine Vodka in ice-filled glass and top with orange juice. Garnish with an orange slice.
