Amazing Abs Workout Plan

I hope everyone is having a productive day and planning ahead for an evening workout. This abdominal workout can be completed at home or in the gym. Strengthening your tummy can reduce belly fat and lower your risk of heart attack, heart disease and cancer.

Complete the exercises below without taking breaks in between. Complete 5 total rounds for maximum results.

30 high knees

30 bicycles

30 mountian climbers

30 traditional crunches

30 reverse crunches

30 leg drops

1 minute plank


If you do this plan 3-4 times per week, alternating days you WILL begin to see results. For example, if you complete this plan today (Wednesday) complete it again Friday, Sunday, and Tuesday.
