Almond Butter Cups & Celtic Sea Salt

This is one of my favorite indulgences... Seriously. The mix of nut butter, chocolate and salt. Hello! I wanted to share this deliciousness with you and show you the super simple version of these quasi homemade goodies. You only need a few ingredients and some patience, and you're there! 

Please note this is not an uber measured out, fanatical recipe. This is a no measuring, just eyeballing it recipe. Relax, it is chocolate. And chocolate isn't complicated. Chocolate understands...

Ingredients:
Enjoy Life brand chocolate chips
Almond Butter (or sun butter if nut free)
Celtic Sea Salt

You Need:
Mini muffin tin
Mini muffin/cupcake paper liners
double boiler
teaspoon
mini melon baller
a freezer

Super Simple Instructions:
Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Line tin with paper liners.
Scoop a small amount (roughly half the size of the mini melon baller) of chocolate into the paper liners.
Using the back of a teaspoon, spread the chocolate around the liner and up the sides.
Place tin in freezer and allow to freeze/set-up. Roughly 5-7 minutes

Remove from freezer.
Using your mini melon baller, scoop almond butter into the center.

Next, again using the mini melon baller (Seriously, how many times can I say "mini melon baller?"), 
scoop a small amount of chocolate onto the tops to cover. 
Then sprinkle celtic sea salt. 
Place in freezer to set-up.
Remove, unwrap and devour :)
