Best Meat Balls Ever!

The Best Meatballs Ever!
2 lbs of Organic ground chuck or Turkey
3 whole eggs
1 1/2 cups of oatmeal
1/4 cup of white corn meal
1/2 red and 1/2 green bell peppers
1 tbs of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs of oregano
1 tbs of salt
1 tbs of black pepper
1/4 cup of whole milk
Vegetable oil for frying. About 1/4 to 3/4 cup
1 cup of flour
Mix all ingredients together. Don't over mix!
Take about tbs of meat and roll into a ball.
Then toss in flour, moving back and forth in hands to remove excess flour.
Fry about 4 at a time until golden brown. About 4-5 min. Don't over fry. You will finish cooking them in the oven.
Remove and place on a cookie sheet lined with paper towels.
Once all the meat balls are fried place on the lined cookie sheet to drain excess oil.
Then remove paper towels and bake in a preheated 375 oven for about 15-20 minutes , until they are a rich brown
