For two decades, Analisa has been committed to women’s leadership development, entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainable development, and education. She has produced, directed, and co-produced over 100 conferences, events, and media on these themes.
In February 2008, Analisa launched Womensphere, a unique global leadership community and independent media network that inspires, connects, and unites women leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, policymakers, scientists, artists, financiers, explorers, and pioneering women across all fields. Womensphere’s Summits convene women around the themes of leadership, innovation, ventures, economics, sustainability, and global impact. Since 2008, as America and the world underwent economic crises and upheaval, Analisa and the Womensphere Team brought together thousands of women leaders, and built an energized new platform, community, and brand through Womensphere.
Prior to Womensphere, Analisa was a Global Marketing Manager at Microsoft. She launched her career in the Goldman Sachs High Technology Investment Banking group, where she helped execute over $1.5 billion in IPOs, corporate financings, and mergers/acquisitions for companies like Nokia and open source software leader Red Hat. Analisa holds an MBA from Harvard Business School; a BA in Economics & Mathematics cum laude from Mount Holyoke College; and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Lester Pearson United World College of the Pacific in Canada. While at HBS, Analisa founded the non- profit Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN), served as a President of the HBS Entrepreneurship Club, and was Debate Coach/Team Co-Captain of the HBS Debate Team.
Analisa was recently selected as Fearless Woman of the Year 2011 by The Fearless Factor in New York City, and as one of 100 Most Influential Filipinas in America by the US Filipina Women’s Network. The New Leaders Council chose her as one of its 40 Under 40 New Leaders in America. She was also recognized by CBS Radio/1010 Wins as its Tomorrow’s Newsmaker Award Winner for Business.
