So, I have learned a few things over the last 15 days.
- I have lost 13.5lbs! Way below the glide path set for the goal.
- Beef makes my body stink! Doing low carb I tried to switch things up and bought a roast. I live alone, so for three days I pretty much just ate beef roast. BIG MISTAKE! So, lean and clean protein! Egg whites, turkey, chicken.
- Veggies aren't that bad
- If I don't get my work out in I feel like crap.
There it is! 15 days of wisdom!
