Serenity: the state or quality of being serene. Ah, that sounds so lovely. However, it does sound like a bit of an oxymoron at a conference: How on earth does one find serenity at BlogHer '11? It's easy: You visit the Serenity Suite!
Since 2006, BlogHer has been creating a place for folks who need a quiet place among the masses, and this year is no different.
Last year, a team of dedicated and caring bloggers led by Maggie and Heather, made sure someone was always there to greet you as you walked through the door -- and they are back!
In addition to having a place to hang out during the day, Maggie, Heather and team will be staffing the Suite during parties, just in case you aren't in the mood to rock and roll. However, the Serenity Suite will not be left out of the party mode -- so don't plan on sleeping!
This year, for the first time, the Serenity Suite will expand its role and host our very own Letter to Your Mother on Friday, August 5 from 8 to 10 p.m.
