We here at BlogHer were proud to host Indra K. Nooyi, Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo as our lunchtime keynote at BlogHer '11 in San Diego.

BlogHer '11 Indra Nooyi

Ms. Nooyi oversees the largest food and beverage company in North America and the world's largest portfolio of billion-dollar food and beverage brands. She has directed the company's global strategy for more than a decade and led its restructuring -- including the divestiture of its restaurants into the successful YUM! Brands, Inc., the acquisition of Tropicana and the merger with Quaker Oats that brought the vital Quaker and Gatorade businesses to PepsiCo and the merger with PepsiCo's anchor bottlers. She was named president and CEO in 2006 and assumed the role of chairman in 2007.

She was been named the #1 most powerful woman in business by Fortune Magazine five years running (2006-2010) and in San Diego we knew why!

Ms. Nooyi talked about everything from work/life balance, her childhood and more! Watch as former CNN correspondent and current Huffington Post and Bloomberg Television contributor, Willow Bay, asks the tough questions and see how our community got involved.

pepsico So many quotables & highlights, but my fave parts were her definition of "performance w/a purpose" & her view on work/life balance
