Is there a meet-up in So. Fla/ Miami area?

I would love to do a pre-BlogHer meet-up in Minneapolis. Anyone else?

We are meeting on Saturday, July 17th at 2:00PM at the Kirkwood Public House. It is located at 1963 Hosea Williams Drive, Atlanta GA 30317. Phone: 404-870-8866.

Here are the steps our hosts usually take:

1. Start a thread in your local group on BlogHer. A North Carolina group already exists here:
http://www.blogher.com/groups/north-carolina-blogh...

2. If you don't already have a specific date/time/location in mind, then ask folks what they recommend or what works for them. Most meet-ups are happening on July 17th or 24th.

3. Once you have that thread, send me the URL, and I'll update tis post and tweet it.

These are really meet-ups...not conferences, or fancy parties...just fun opportunities to connect with other local B logHers. They often take place at coffee houses, bars, restaurants, parks, you name it :)

Last year we did one in Philly, and it was pretty sparsely attended, which is why we didn't plan one for this year.
