Apparently my fellow Californian Drivers need a refesher....

If you don't believe me you can go download a PFD of the driver's handbook -

From - http://www.caldrive.com/law.html

Four-way stop signs — many four-way intersections have stop signs on all sides of the intersection. This sounds like a recipe for deadlock, but the rules for who gives way to whom are pretty easy. In general, you take turns to go through the intersection in the order at which you got to the edge of the intersection. If two or more of you got there at the same time, the ordering is clock-wise (i.e. the driver to your right goes first). This scheme isn't fool-proof (I still don't know what you're supposed to do when four cars get there at exactly the same time...) so keep a tight watch.

Breaking it down even further -

IT IS THE FIRST PERSON TO THE LINE WHO GOES FIRST! NOT WHOMEVER FEELS LIKE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How hard is it for you morons to get?! I'm sorry, but I'm sick and tired of taking my proper turn, only to have some idiot decide he or she is more important and BREAKS THE LAW by driving through the intersection before their proper turn. Usually when I'm already halfway through the intersection!

Oh, and BTW bike riders - YOU HAVE TO STOP AT STOP SIGNS TOO! Just because you're on a bike doesn't give you a free pass to run stop signs. Or as one person in Costa Mesa seems to think, a free pass to run stop LIGHTS!

Long as I've got you law breakers' attention - HANG UP AND DRIVE!

I'm sick and tired of seeing you losers on your dumb looking cellphones, yakking away over what some dumbwad did on some "reality" show.

I'm also tired of seeing women put on makeup while driving. Stop it! You're making the rest of us women look bad. Either wait until a long red light or do it in a parking lot like a sane person.

It's not so hard to obey the laws, people. They're there to keep you and others safe. Just do it.

Oh, and final word -

IT IS A SPEED LIMIT! NOT A SPEED SUGGESTION!
