OFFICIAL RULES -  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Arbor Mist Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open only to permanent legal U.S. residents physically residing in the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia (except California and Tennessee) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in CA, TN and where prohibited by law.  Officers, directors and employees of BlogHer, Inc. (“BlogHer” or “Sponsor”), Arbor Mist Winery, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensed alcoholic beverage retailers and wholesalers, and other alcoholic beverage licensees, advertising and promotion agencies, electronic media firm, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Promotion, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

2. Promotion Period: Promotion begins at 12:00 p.m. (all times are Pacific Standard Time or “PST”) on 12/10/09 and ends at 5:00 p.m. on 12/31/09.

3. How to Enter: To participate in the Promotion, eligible entrants should simply login or register at http://www.blogher.com/user/register, then visit the sweepstakes web page http://www.blogher.com/arbor-mist-review-sweepstakes and leave a comment answering the specified question.  Date of birth (day/month/year) must also be included in your comment to be eligible. Entries must be placed in the comments section of this page, or a URL link to your entry on your own blog must be posted to the comments section of this page, to qualify. Limit of one entry per person or email address.  Multiple entries under different usernames from the same person or e-mail address will be disqualified.

4. Entry Requirements: Entries must be written in English and posted before 5:00 p.m. PST on 12/31/09 to be eligible.  Entries must be the entrant's original work and must comply with BlogHer Editorial Standards posted on the Promotion website. Entries must be on topic and not offensive or derogatory to the Sponsor or its agents. By posting a comment, entrant agrees that any or all of the entry including the submitted comment, whether randomly chosen as a Winner or not, may be reproduced on Sponsors website in connection with this Promotion without compensation at the sole discretion of representatives of the Sponsor.  

5. Prizes and approximate retail value (“ARV”): ONE (1) winner will receive a $100.00 Visa® gift card (subject to terms and conditions on card). Total ARV of all prizes: $100. Prizes do not include alcoholic beverages. Any expenses not mentioned above are the winner’s responsibility. Taxes are the winner’s responsibility.  Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution for prize except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the total of number of entries received.

6. Drawing: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about 7/1/2010 by the Sponsor whose decisions are final in all matters related to the Promotion. Limit of one prize per household. Selected entrants must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Winners will be notified by email and required to reply with verification of personal data supplied upon entering the Promotion via an Address Verification/Publicity Release (“Release”) within ten (10) days or prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Upon receipt and verification of the Release, prize will be mailed within two weeks. By accepting the Promotion Prize, except where legally prohibited, winner grants permission (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) to Sponsor and those acting under its authority the right to the use of his/her name, photo, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade publicity, promotional and commercial purposes without additional compensation, in connection with the running or advertising of this Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners.

7. General Terms:  Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Participants, by participating in this Promotion, hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, Arbor Mist Winery, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause of thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or inability to use a prize in the Promotion, or their participation in the Promotion, or their participation in any Promotion or prize related activity. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person’s ability to enter the Promotion.  Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in the Promotion.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend advertising the Promotion on the Internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be disrupting the operation of the Promotion or its website. If the integrity of the Internet portion of the Promotion is compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to modify Promotion and randomly select a winner from valid entries received that are unaffected by the problem. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any online entrant, entrant will be deemed the individual named on the online entry. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
