What to do if youare a Boomer who just can’t  quitworking!

In 2003, an AARPsurvey indicated that 80 percent of baby boomers are planning to work pasttraditional retirement age. The primary reason appears to be because theyhaven't saved enough to retire comfortably. Beyond this reason however is thesimple truth that we as a group are not giving up. We want to be relevant, wewant to be important and carry our own weight. We still want to effect changeand be on the cutting edge. So how will we accomplish this?

More and morecompanies are recognizing the value of having experienced older workers andwant to retain and recruit them. We will also be more likely to continue tocreate our own businesses and become entrepreneurs who take on the major issuesof our day: Green industries, environmental concerns, food, health and wellnessissues as well as how to help our fellow man/woman.

Here is a list ofthe top 10 companies on AARP's list.

3. Bon SecoursRichmond Health System (Richmond, Va.)
