Spring means the arrival of fresh asparagus, something that is celebrated by food lovers all over the world. In Estonia, Pille from Nami Nami might welcome asparagus season with this gorgeous asparagus and cheese tart. You could make this a snap to make by using purchased puff pastry, and I think this would make a perfect dinner for Meatless Monday!
