You are so incredibly fit…tell me some of your favorite ways to get in a workout.
I love running, cycling and TRX training but also am a HUGE fan of high-intensity interval training using Tabata drills, AMRAPS and other plyometric drills. That cross training makes me – and my students – a faster, stronger runner/cyclist and boosts overall functional fitness.
