BAKED CHEESEY PASTA

My mother is the worlds  bestest cook. She really cooks brilliant stuff  and I simply wish that one day I can cook exactly like her. Her cheesy pasta is one of my favourite dish. Yuuuummmmm

FOR WHITE SAUCE:

Flour                                          2tbsp

Milk                                          3/4cup

Black pepper                          1/4tsp

Salt                                          pinch

Butter                                  1tbsp

Oil                                         few drops

FIRST IM GOING TO TELL U THE METHOD FOR WHITE SAUCE:

All u need to do is take a pan add butter in it with a dash of oil. This will prevent butter from burning.than add flour in it cook for 1 minute than take the pan away from stove add milk slowly and keep on whisking it make suer there are no lumps add salt and pepper in it. Put it on the stove cook for a minute and ur white sauce is done.

 

 

FOR CHEESEY PASTA

You will need:

pasta                                                 1packet(boiled)

Cabbage                                           1 small(cut in cubes)

Capsicum                                          2small (cut in cubes)

Carrots                                             2 medium (cut in cubes)

Chedder cheese                           1/2cup or more depends

Salt                                                 to taste

Black pepper                               1tsp or as you like

Chicken breast fillet                  1(cut in cubes)

Oil                                                 2- 3tbsp

METHOD:

First boil the chicken with 2-1/2cups of water . make sure quarter cup of stock should be left, keep it aside. Now in a pan add oil stir fry the vegetables by adding salt and pepper. Vegetables should not be too soft they should be crunchy, add chicken in it with stock cook on high flame for few minutes add pasta and white sauce in it. Take it away from the stove and mix them evenly. On the other side pre-heat your oven at 200 for 10 minutes than on a baking dish pour pasta mixture and coat the whole lot with grated cheese. Put it in the oven for few minutes or till the cheese melts away. That’s it your yummy cheesy pasta is ready to eat.
