Baked Yellow Squash "Not So French" Fries

Have you noticed that yellow squash is a very inexpensive vegetable that absorbs any flavor you throw at it? What could be better? That is quite the powerful combination!

Recently, I was looking for recipes involving yellow squash and was unimpressed. It finally dawned on me that yellow squash and zucchini have a similar consisently so any zuccihini should, in theory, work on yellow squash.

Have you had zucchini fries? Oh (wo) man! They are tasty. So I aimed to repeat the recipe but use the token yellow squash instead. It turned out quite successfully!
