Baking Season


November and December are my favorite months, mostly because there is a lot of opportunities that call for baked goods and I love baking! I love baking rather than cooking because there is a science behind it. The ingredients have to be exact because even a teaspoon more or less of something can potentially ruin a cake. I’m usually drawn to simple and basic recipes, mostly because I’ve never tried it and also because I like the simplicity, for simplicities sake. Simple, classic flavors with simple ingredients.
