Banana coconut nicecream recipe
Today I have a delicious summer ice cream recipe!
Coconut and banana nicecream!
Ingredients for 2 servings
1 kg of frozen bananas
2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
3 tablespoons of raisins
250 gr of strawberries
2/3 tablespoons of shredded coconut (If you like the taste of coconut you can add more)
teaspoon of cinnamon
If you haven't frozen the bananas yet make sure they are peeled and cut into little pieces before you put them in the freezer.
It takes about 6 to 8 hours to freeze so make sure your bananas are already frozen before you make this recipe.
Add the frozen bananas in small portions to your blender so it doesn't have to work as hard to blend them. You can add a little bit of water to make sure you'll blender can handle the frozen bananas, but watch out you don't add to much water otherwise you'll get a smoothie instead of nicecream!
If your banana icecream is nice and smooth you can add one half of the shredded coconut and one half of the coconut sugar and cinnamon. Blend till it's evenly spread and put the mixture in 2 different bowls. (That's if you want to share , if not just grab 1 bowl)
Cut the strawberries in half and spread it over your nicecream together with the rest of the shredded coconut, coconut sugar, cinnamon and raisins.
