I didn't smoke for long, but I was shocked when I quit ... my skin glows!!! Great great article, going to pass it all around for my ladies....

Every single one of these!!! Well. I do have issues with #7. But chasing after 3 children every day makes me feel like I can justify exercise. :)

Of all the good habits, staying out of the sun is the most difficult for me. And though I wear SPF lotions and makeup, the days I'm makeup-free, I tend to be outdoors for longer then kick myself for forgetting. I used to smoke as well but quit 5 years ago. It was the best thing I've ever done for myself, though it seems like a false accomplishment as I should have never started in the first place. {the link to twin comparisons is INSANE}

I'm good on all of them, surprisingly to me. The only thing I could do more of is drink more water, which I have been working on for overall health anyway. I have very fair skin and actually think that tanned look looks completely awful, so I stay out of the sun and wear an SPF every day. I have always had people compliment me on my complexion, which I have to admit is pretty much naturally blemish-free. Even if my younger days of sleeping in makeup (eek!) I never really had problems.
