Beauty on a budget: Making those falsies last just a little bit longer!

Every girl loves wearing fake lashes, whether it's for a dramatic night out on the town, or an lighter, softer, natural every day look. Unfortunately, the prices of these falsies are not cheap, ranging any where from three to 17 dollars (drugstore compared to department stores) they are all the same. So to get a little more bang for your buck, pick up some lashes from any drug store and re-use them! Before you re-use them be sure to clean them up so they look good as new! I have found that the easiest way to clean them and be able to re-use them able is to take an old mascara wand (wash out all of the mascara on it first of course) and brush through the lashes to get off all of the excess mascara, and take a baby wipe or make up remover wipe and gently wipe the lashes, also be sure to remove ALL of old glue on the strip, this also makes it easier when you re apply more glue. Gently peel off the glue using your fingers or tweezers, but you have to be extremely careful or might pull of some lashes with it. Once they are all brushed out, they look almost brand new and ready for use! Just by taking care of your lashes, you can make them last, look fabulous, and save a little bit of cash as well!
