~ because this blogger is ENGAGED ~

I. Am. Engaged.  ENGAGED!  After ten years (yes, I said ten years) he finally put a ring on it and I could not be any happier.


With all that being said ... I could also not be any more motivated to continue losing weight.  To date, I've lost 10.5 lbs since I start focusing on dieting a few months back.  While this may not seem like a lot of weight in a few months, this is the most I've EVER lost.  Plus, I'm attempting to shed the pounds in a way that keeps them off ... and I feel that doing that slow n' steady is the way to achieve this.


SOOOOO what have I done?

Lately, I've been really committed to eating low-cal lunches.  It's so easy in an office setting to indulge on cheeseburgers and french fries, so I've been really committed to keeping my lunches at 400-500 calories and then noshing on some almonds a few hours later.  So far, so good.

Also, I've been in contact with my yoga instructor recently.  A few weeks back, I stopped attending class when attendance was dwindling and now I'm trying to go back.
