Behind The Scenes On the Wedding Day: Mehendi
By ShazasScrapbook on December 06, 2012
Before I was married, I always wondered what was going on in a bride's head on her special day (days in my culture's case). As I daydreamed about what my own wedding days would be like, I promised myself that I would right about my feelings on my blog.
In a nutshell, my mehendi day (the funnest day in my opinion) was full of emotions:
- Happy to see my man after not seeing each other for 1 month. Yes, one whole month!
- Nervous about tripping or falling as I made my entrance
- Excited to get the party started. Since the mehendi is the day all the choreographed dances happen, this night is just a big party!
Check out this post on my blog for a detailed review of my first day. The picture below is of me making my entrance - YEAY!
