The best Philly cheesesteak

Good Afternoon fellow bloggers!! Are you running out of ideas for dinner for your family? Well have I got the sloution for you. This is one of my favorite recipies for dinner! If you didnt read the title, I am talking about philly cheesesteak sandwhiches. This recipie takes about 10 minutes and it takes about 11 minutes to cook, it also makes 8 servings. 

Ingredients:

1 Medium-size onion, thinly sliced

1 Large green pepper, seeded and thinly sliced

3/4 pound top round steak, trimmed and cut into 1/2 x 3-inch strips

1/2 pound scliced reduced-fat provolone cheese (about 8 slices)

8 buns of your choice, sub buns, hotdog buns, hambuger buns

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

2 teaspoons of worcestershire sauce

Directions:

1.Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and green pepper to pan and cook, stirring often, for 7 minutes or until softened.

2. sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. Add beef to pan and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until cooked though. stir in worcestershire sauce: cook for 1 minute.

3. Heat over to 200. Tuck 1 slice of provolone into buns add mixture, put in over untill cheese melts.
