Better By Design


I will die if s/he doesn't call me. . .  I can never be away from my e-mails. . .  There are not enough hours in the day to get every thing done. . . I hate my job.


Waiting for the phone to ring, obsessively checking e-mails, feeling overwhelmed by a lack of time and continually tolerating indicate that things in life are not balanced. Being grounded or centered is missing. 


Take time out every day to mindfully connect to yourself and what you do well.  Decide how to use your resources toward what you value to gain balance.  Apply your balanced self to design goals to gain direction.  Act on your goals consistently to achieve what you want for yourself.


Meditate daily, align your beliefs with your behavior, think positive, have goals and take action to feel centered and accomplish.
