BIB - (Breakfast in a Biscuit) is Low Carb and Gluten Free Convenience Food

I love my low carb lifestyle. It's just as convenient and filled with low carb, gluten free and absolutely diabetic friendly, ketolicious choices! When I want breakfast in minutes, I just grab one of my low carb southern biscuits and toast it, then top with cheese and some kind of meat: sausage, bacon, Canadian bacon, ham, leftover pulled pork or chicken, leftover steak or pork roast, pork get the picture! Cook it until melty and top with a fried egg. Voila! A low carb breakfast fit for a king or queen (or yourself) in under 10 minutes! How's that for convenient? And the best part? You can pick it up and eat it with your hands like any other breakfast sandwich!
