There are a lot of great bloggers out there.
Great writers who entertain, inform, share and make us think deep thoughts.
Everyday I scroll down my list of bookmarked blogs to check out my favorites and what's on their minds.
And from time to time I run across that post.
You know what post I'm talking about.
It's that post that grabs you, holds on and just won't let go even when you're running late for work. The one that you share with your friends on Facebook and Twitter. The one that you talk about with colleagues at the coffee station. The one that makes you laugh. That makes you cry. That gets your brain churning. That makes you shake with outrage on behalf of the blogger because he/she has so vividly described some terrible situation or tragedy happening in his/her life.
It's that post.
It's that post that you wish you had written because it is just so good.
When you read that post, you exerience blog post envy.
I'm not sure that I've ever written that post.
Today, I read one of those "that" posts. I immediately share it on Facebook. And then I leave what I consider to be my highest form of praise...a comment that reads "I wish I had written this."
