Spice up your vegetable selections by choosing Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, mushrooms, sweet potatoes (my favorite!), winter squash, turnips, greens, fennel, artichokes, asparagus, radishes, rhubarb, beets, cabbage, celery, potatoes and squash.

Check with your local farmer’s market for the best fruit and vegetable options that help you stay within your grocery budget for the area of the country you live in.

The latest and greatest in skincare is adding probiotics. There has been some preliminary research conducted that shows that when probiotics are applied topically, it may help replenish skin's friendly flora. The probiotics applied to the skin seem to help block irritans that accelerate skin aging. Two items that contain probiotics are Bioelements Probotix Anti-Aging Serum and Verattiva Eye Care Serum.
