This year's Heart Walk is this Saturday, November 1, 2008.
Everyone knows someone affected by heart disease or stroke. I will be walking in this year’s Heart Walk in honor of my father, my father-in-law, both of my grandmothers, and many other friends and family affected by heart disease and stroke.
I've expressed my intentions on election day on my blog on a couple of occasions, as well as in person. My intention is to research all of the non-Democrat and non-Republican candidates appearing on the ballot in my state and choosing one of those.
