You’ve had a good night’s sleep. You’ve had a killer workout and a hot shower.
You are ready to take on the day, but your breakfast is bringing you down.
Day after day, it’s the same old thing. It’s balanced, it has one portion of carbs and one portion of protein, and just the right amount of fat. It’s utilitarian and functional, like white cotton underpants.
It’s just not a lot fun.
I hate American Idol. It is vile and phony and destructive.
I've never even watched an entire episode. I tried to, but I couldn't take it.
I hate "AI" (which is also aptly the acronym for Artificial Intelligence) because of the effect I see it has on people.
Here are my particular reasons:
Reason #1: Idols are bad and we have too many of them already.

"I love Dunkin' Donuts," she said.
"You come here to work out and then go to Dunkin' Donuts?" he asked.
"We walked there," she replied. "It's three-and-a-half miles each way, so we burned off the donut just getting back and forth."
I overheard this conversation at the gym the other day, which inspired me to do some research at the Dunkin' Donuts nutrition site. (I know - sounds like an oxymoron, right?)
