I feel a change coming...do you know what I mean, when you feel a major change coming? I have been struggling with getting my exercise program back on track, and reconciling my relationship with food. I can see myself running, I can see myself strength training, and yet, I don't follow through.

i spent hours last night looking for entreprenuer blogs, people who have created a product, invented something, or been through the licensing process. Do you know of any of these sorts of blogs? My husband and I re-invented kids snow gloves and are in the process of negoiating the licensing with several large companies.
