Money should properly be viewed as a tool for providing one with the basics of life: flood, clothing, shelter and yes, the occasional treat. When did it turn into the root of all evil or, as I see it, stupidity and greed?  

I worked for the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance from 2000 through 2006. We had an office in the World Trade Center, Tower 2. I had attended a meeting there once in August, 2000 so I knew what the place looked like; had browsed the stores in the Concourse.

ACT ONE: Okay, picture the scene.......I'm recovering from a minor medical procedure, still pretty out of it from anesthesia but determinedly scouting out roles on Talent 6.......swaying above my keyboard, my face nearly plastered to the screen, feverishly looking for roles for the mature woman, preferably in New York. But wait! There ain't that many!
