I’m so excited to announce that Moomettesgram’s Musings was voted and has made the Top 10 WAHM Blogs on Sparkplugging for 2008!
This is such an incredible honor, and I am so humbled.
Moomettesgram’s Musings is just a little over one year old, and
recently celebrated it’s “Blogoversary” in November. I feel as if I’m
walking down the Red Carpet to accept my award! (Read More)

For the last two Tuesday nights at 9:00
pm. Eastern Time, I’ve been participating in Girl’s Night Out on
Twitter over at Mommy Gossip. You can do a Twitter Search using #GNO
to see all the posts.
It’s so much fun and I’ve met some terrific new Twitter friends and connected with current friends.

It's hard to believe that this Saturday night we'll be turning the clocks back to Standard Time.
Old
Man Winter will be knocking on our door ~ in fact, snow is predicted in
some areas of Connecticut for tomorrow. While I really am enamoured of
New England, winter sports were never my forte. I love the thought of
skiing, ski lodges, sleigh rides and everything Von Trapp but I'm more
the type to enjoy the coziness of the ski lodge fire with a hot toddy
and watch from the comfort of the inn while everyone glides down the
slopes.

Many of my Twitter friends know that I'm on a mission to lose some weight by February 2009.
After
looking at the photos that were taken of me this past August with my
new Grandson, Slugger ~ that was motivation enough to go on a diet.
Some say that the camera adds 10 pounds, but really ~ the scales don't
lie. I'll keep up updated on how things are going with Sparkpeople diet plans (it's Free!) and Weight Watchers.
