blogger to wordpress

Hi there ladies I have a couple questions for those of you who have switched from Blogger to Wordpress.

 

1) I bought my domain name through Google and it switched right over for me. Will that be a problem?

 

2) Can you blog from your Blackberry or mobile device???? That is important to me! 

 

3) About how much is it to get someone to make a layout for your page? I have done my header on my own but I would LOVE to have something a professional did!!!
