So, I just wanted to get everybody's thoughts on a code of ethics for bloggers, particularly when you're writing about stuff that involves other people or other companies. It's a on-going discussion really, and some ask the question, are bloggers all that different from journalists?

Perhaps the largest distinction is that most of us have other jobs other than just blogging. So how should we approach a journalist's code if we aren't necessarily taught such? 

And although there are already guidelines for BlogHer, I'm interested in your personal approach.
