Blogging Basics 101: Where do I even start?

I would love to help actual newbies get up and running. When I presented last year on the FAQ panel, we had quite a few attendees who didn't even have a blog yet. I'd love to cater to these women and help them find confidence in the blogging world.

I can walk them through setting up a blog on one of the major three platforms (Blogger, Typepad, or WordPress), answer questions about blog etiquette, setting up their feed via Feedburner, etc.
